- Batteries are warranted solely against manufacturing defect and use of defective materials due to manufacturing process only. Consequent liabilities shall not be entertained.
- In event of a replacement during the warranty period the warranty card and the original invoice shall be present prior to replacement. Replacement shall only take place if the sticker on the battery is available.
- The warranty commences from the date of sale as mentioned in the warranty card – the warranty of the replaced battery will be the from the date of original sale.
- The company has the sole decision to decide whether the battery requires replacement or rectification
- Defective battery arising out of free replacement will become a property of the company and no scrap rebate will be given for such battery.
- The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the battery only and is not transferrable
- The warranty doesn’t cover:

- Damages caused by faulty electric system, improper handling by unauthorized personnel, willful abuse or destruction by fire, accidents.
- Physical defects caused by rough handling by sharp items or by bending, compressing or dropping and damage caused by pest infestation, poor maintenance and other tampering of battery.
- Company reserves the right at the time of warranty claim to replace the battery with an equivalent.
- Incase of case redemption by the client for the warranty of the battery if he or she chooses not to replace the battery with that of another brand the amount payable shall be calculated by deducting the number of days for which the battery was installed plus additional 5 days.
- Company shall not be responsible for any loss or injury caused to any persons / materials/ property due to the cracks or explosion etc. in the battery.
- All terms and conditions mentioned shall be governed by and be construed interpreted and take effect in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- All warranty claims to have process directly with Al Nisba Trading LLC.
- Customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all these terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
