Return Policy

Any customer who has purchased a product from Dubai Car Battery (Dubaicarbattery.com) shall be entitled to a return only if:

The customer reports a return within 48 hours of delivery and returns the product in unused condition. If it is opened, unpacked, installed, or any other items such as stickers or cards that indicate a product is new and unused -have been moved or removed, or, any parts of the product or packaging are missing, and if there are any scratches on the battery casing or terminals, then in such cases the customer will not be liable for return.

Please note that Dubai Car Battery (Dubaicarbattery.com) reserves the right to refuse any returns if the product is found to be used or tampered with.

Replacement Policy for Battery Purchase Without Installation Service

The customer will be eligible for the replacement of the same product within 2 working days subject to the original product meeting the above return policy conditions.

Shipping & handling fees

Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman

If the product that has been ordered by the customer has not left the warehouse and within that duration, if the customer cancels the order, then no kind of deduction will be made.

Abu Dhabi / Al Ain / Other Areas

If the product has been shipped and after that, the order is canceled then the customer has to bear the shipping cost for returning the product. Dubai Car Battery (Dubaicarbattery.com) has the right to charge the amount from the customer for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to the return of goods.

Please note that the cost of the goods return depends on the size and make of the product so it may differ from product to product, and only the standard mode of product return shall be used.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their Orders/ Requested Services within 40 minutes of placing the order.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3-6 working days depending on the issuing bank of the debit/credit card.
