The delivery date or installation date mentioned on the order confirmation of the products and services is based on the approximate calculation and is not guaranteed thus Dubai Car Battery (Dubaicarbattery.com) shall not be responsible for any financial claims due to the delay in the delivery of the products or installation service whichever is caused. Unless and until the product delivery date or installation service is confirmed in writing by Dubai Car Battery (Dubaicarbattery.com), it shall not be of importance to the contract.

If the customer does not claim the product or if the information provided by the customer is incorrect or inadequate to deliver the product or services, then Dubai Car Battery (Dubaicarbattery.com) will have no other option and without any biases or prejudice, it shall hold the products until the complete and adequate information is received.
